Amy McCormick and her four sons - Conor, Owen, Kellen and Brennan (pictured left to right)- founded Ubiquitous Chance in July of 2019. Natives of Winnebago County, IL, the McCormick family birthed the idea after a near family tragedy with addiction. CHANCE is a simple, compact device designed to carry & store nasal NARCAN® in light of the extenuating circumstances and escalation of death from the opioid crisis.
Mission & Vision
Through proven methodology, we are committed to educate, train, and surround communities with the accessibility of naloxone hydrochloride in attempts to reduce deaths due to overdose and, thus, promote harm reduction. We envision businesses and laypersons, nationwide, being prepared to respond to an opioid overdose by carrying or storing the medicine, ultimately giving victims a chance for future recovery and rehabilitation.
